YEAR 9 INFORMATION:
The Board of Trustees invites applications from parents who wish to enrol their daughters at Christchurch Girls' High School for 2010.
Enrolment at the school is governed by an enrolment scheme, details of which are outlined below.

YEAR 10 – 13 INFORMATION:
The deadline for receipt for pre-enrolment applications for both in zone and out of zone places is Thursday 30 July 2009.
If there are vacancies for out of zone places a ballot will be held. The date of this ballot will be advised.

NOTE FOR ALL ENROLMENTS:

  1. Parents of students who live within the home zone should apply by the above dates to assist the school to plan appropriately for next year.
  2. The exact number of places will depend on the number of applications received from students who live within the school's home zone.
  3. If the number of out of zone applications exceeds the number of places available, students will be selected by ballot.

    Ballots for out of zone places may be held before the 2010 school year begins. In each case advertisements will be placed in the daily newspaper one month prior to the ballot and applications for the vacant places will be invited.

    Parents will be informed of the outcome of the ballot within three school days of the ballot being held.
